Description
Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is grown on high plateaus in the Andes region of central Peru. It has been traditionally used as a food source and energy tonic for centuries. Current scientific research suggests that maca may support healthy reproductive lives for both men and women. Clinical data indicates that maca produces no direct effects on endocrine function.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily.
